QUALITY ASSURANCE/SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

Little Orbit, an international publisher and developer for PC, Xbox, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and mobile, is looking for an amazing Quality Assurance specialist to join the team here in Orange County, CA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains and improves product quality by analyzing and testing collectible card game systems.
  • Work with R&D and Production teams to execute key features of a digital collectible card game.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and regression.
  • Enhances department organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS
  • Motivated self-starter � We want someone who sees what needs to be done and is not afraid to point it out.
  • Excellent communication skills � You know how to give and take feedback. You know when to joke around and when you need to get productive, back on-track.
  • Extensive knowledge of collectible card games and video game testing.
  • Have the ability to speak to all aspects of Quality Assurance testing.
  • Possess a healthy dose of common sense and have the ability to work within a team without ego.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Collaborates with team leads to develop improvements in job flow and work methods.
  • Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with project leads to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.
  • Ability to write process documentation and keep documentation up to date.
INTERACTION
  • This position interacts closely with all members of the Quality Assurance and Production teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Two plus years Video Game or Collectible Card Game Quality Assurance (or be outstanding with no experience).

Little Orbit seeks a Director of Game Programming who is Responsible for the management and reporting to the CEO on progress of the Programming Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must possess intimate knowledge of all APB Gaming Products.
  • Provides direct supervision of Gameplay managers.
  • Determine the policies and procedures for the programming division.
  • Ensures division meets goals and decisions for APB Development.
  • Responsible for hiring Gameplay Managers and Programmers
INTERACTION
  • Discretion over the approval, denial or comments on daily reports from Gameplay Managers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must have BS in Computer Science or rel. field & five years of work experience. Foreign Equivalency accepted.
